Terms

Short and without legalese: Tiho is a program for reading your own mail. We are not a mail provider and we do not hand out mailboxes.

What you get

Access to your own mailbox through a browser. The mailbox stays with your provider, and so do the messages. Stop using Tiho and your mail goes nowhere — it stays reachable from any other program.

What we do not do

What you are responsible for

Access to your own mailbox, and what you send through it. Sending spam through Tiho is not allowed — we will cut it off without warning, and your mail provider will do the same.

What we do not promise

Uninterrupted service. This is a program, not a mail service: the server can restart, the connection to your provider can drop. Your mail does not suffer from that — it sits with your provider.

If Tiho is your only way to read mail at an important moment, keep a spare at hand. That is sensible with any other program too.

Changes

If the terms change, we will say so on this page. We change nothing retroactively.

Questions — hello@tiho.one. What happens to your messages is described in detail on the page “What happens to your mail”.
